ABOUT ME
Born in New York City, USA and grew up in the tropical South East Asian country of
Malaysia. I have been a long distance swimmer since the age of 14, drilling through daily rigorous training with my swim team and preparing for treacherous open water competitions for years, I can say water was my domain, until i ventured into Muay Thai.
After many passionate years of swimming, I eventually pursed my career as a qualified International swimming instructor.
Since I was young I have been a big fan of boxing, always dreamed of being one myself and so by the age of 21, I finally decided to stop competing in swimming and just coach. That's when I finally got myself introduced to the art of 8 limbs 'Muay Thai'.
Day 1, as I stepped into a Muay Thai gym in Johor Bahru (state), there was no turning back for me. My trainers could see the possibilities for me in this sport with my extreme will power, determination and never willing to give up attitude. With just 3 months into learning I had kicked off my amateur Muay Thai career. Over 10 fights with 2 losses, I couldn't wait to start to climb the professional ranking. I've always competed against very experienced and challenging opponents, never backing out as every fight is a lesson learnt and it only teaches me to be a much better fighter than before.
Enduring times of hardship juggling between my swim-coaching and muay thai training, I have come to a decision of pursing my martial arts career full-time in Thailand, in order to reach the pinnacle of the athletic world as a fighter.
